Eaglemont

Eaglemont is a large, 6 bedroom, modern country home situated just 10 minutes from Daylesford on several acres of manicured grounds, bush and trees and an ornamental lake. This amazing property (perfect for a large family or group of friends) has many fabulous features, both inside and out, and guests will undoubtedly enjoy all this lovely home has to offer.  Painstakingly built with stylish furnishings and quality finishing, this immaculately presented property will not disappoint.

The main living area is extensive and includes seating, dining and the fully equipped kitchen which is filled with modern appliances including a state of the art coffee machine, a variety of different cooking and oven options, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space.   Throughout the house and grounds, you will be able to enjoy lots of seating areas, entertainment spaces and spots for social activities.

The six bedrooms cater for up to 12 guests very comfortably and offer different bed configurations (super king & king splits).  However, if you wish to bring a few more guests, we can cater for up to 8 extras, but these will be housed on sofa beds (located in the bedrooms) or the single and trundle beds in the loft.  We can also provide portable cots and high chairs for infants. In terms of bathrooms, there is one en-suite, 2 general bathrooms and a powder room, that includes the 4th toilet.

Heating and cooling include split systems and zoned, ducted heating throughout, a gas heater and a wood fire heater so you are assured of being comfortable at all times.   WIFI and Foxtel are being installed, but not available yet.  Children are welcome, however, parents must be vigilant at all times, as the lake is not fenced.   Sorry, no pets allowed.

Other features include a footy field where you can play sport, cricket, soccer; plus a study, an entertainment loft with large screen TV (this room is the sixth bedroom) and a rumpus room with a pool table and all the necessary equipment like cues and balls.  There is an ornamental lake and gazebo; a large outdoor 4 burner gas BBQ area, off street parking for 8+ cars (not undercover) and groomed grounds all around the property.

NB: there is a charge for extra linen above 12 guests and for portable cots and high chairs.

Pembroke

Pembroke is a delightfully restored, gorgeous two bedroom cottage, centrally located and within walking distance to the main street of Daylesford.  Perfect for one or two couples, or a small family (where 2 children can share a bed), plus it is pet friendly for a small well-behaved dog.  Pembroke will tick many boxes for your weekend escape.  It is so close to most of Daylesford’s main attractions with many others a short car drive away.  Petite, trendy and chic – this cottage is a winner.

The living area combines the fully equipped kitchen, lounge and formal dining room plus there is a bar style bench for more informal eating.   There are several heating and cooling options that include the feature wood fire and central heating plus split systems, and fans in both bedrooms.  Guests are sure to be toasty warm in winter and nicely cool in summer.  A medium sized TV in the living room offers standard TV channels.  (WIFI and Apple TV).

The two bedrooms are small and compact, with standard queen beds.  Guests share a spacious bathroom complete with a standard bath, shower over the bath, vanity, toilet and washing machine (no dryer).

There are a handful of steps outside and inside the property but all living is on the ground floor (although not wheelchair friendly).    Daylesford Lake, the Mill Markets and the town centre are just minutes walk from the cottage.  Everything else within Daylesford is just a few minutes drive.

Dawns

Dawns is a very comfortable two bedroom bungalow, located right in the heart of
Daylesford catering for up to 4 people, singles or couples. With 2 queen
bedrooms each with an en-suite, a cosy lounge/snug and full kitchen plus a
fantastic location, Dawns ticks many boxes. En-suites include a toilet, shower and vanity.  Guests wanting affordable, comfortable, easy access, close to town and the option for single or queen beds – look no further.

A recent mini-makeover means Dawns is looking refreshed and rejuvenated
and guests will enjoy improvements such as the fabulous gas electric fire which
heats the whole house in minutes; there is also a split system in the kitchen and ceiling fans that help with warmth and cooling.  The large wall mounted 50 inch Digital TV in the lounge offers Netflix and all the main channels.  There is also NBN and free WIFI.  This home is right beside several of Daylesford’s beautiful churches and is not far from Wombat Hill.

Serena

Serena is a delightful, pretty 2 bedroom cottage located in a wonderfully quiet bush setting, just 5 minutes walk to Lake Daylesford and a 3minute drive to the town. This contemporary and spacious cottage is a fantastic option for either a family of four, 2 couples or 4 singles because both bedrooms have king split beds so the choice of bedding is yours. One of the bedrooms has a small en-suite (circular shower, toilet, vanity) and the main bathroom has a standard shower, vanity, toilet and laundry facilities (washing machine, tub and ironing facilities).

You are sure to enjoy the social aspect of the large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with its beamed high ceilings and picture windows. There are big leather sofas, a large screen TV, full kitchen and a deck that overlooks the bush. Kids will enjoy the huge blackboard or exploring the back garden, which rambles on down the gulley. This is a lovely peaceful setting, with the buzz of Daylesford just up the road.

Tuki Miners Cottage

Tuki Retreat is situated on historic ‘Stoney rise’, a traditional sheep grazing property, and on the same property as the regionally renowned Tuki Trout Farm. A two-kilometer driveway through open country fields with grazing sheep will bring you to reception.

The Miners cottage is a restored heritage weatherboard cottage with three bedrooms, one master bedroom with spa ensuite, another bedroom with three single beds and another bedroom with two single beds.

This house is not going to win any awards in the luxurious category but it is ideal for families wanting to experience a bit of yesteryear. The spa ensuite is very nice and does make the Miners Cottage also ideal for the couple wanting separation from our Stone Cottages.

The Miners Cottage has a cast wood box in the lounge room, which will be stocked full of timber so you can stoke the open fire (seasonal).
