We have changed with regards to checking in and checking out of properties, so please see below the measures we have put in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for all. Our priority at this time is to ensure the safety and health of our team, carers, all contractors and especially you, our guests.
Cleaning standards and your health when you stay with us
Our team are aware of the current requirements of The Chief Health Officer and are undertaking the below measures and procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained within our offices as well as at the property.
- Disinfecting all surfaces including all door handles, faucets, appliances, light switches, TV remotes, kitchen surfaces, bedside tables, keys, etc.
- Bed sheets are laundered to hospital-grade standard.
- Couches, beds and other soft furnishings are receiving additional attention.
Contactless check in
We have moved to contactless check-in at all properties. You will be sent details on how to collect your key and access on the of your arrival.
In-home dining, cafes and restaurants and open spaces
A number of restaurants have launched take-away and delivery options for residents and visitors. A mini web site is being launched that will provide up to date information on the services currently available in the region along with driving tours and walking tracks.

As per the advice from government, practising social distancing is required. Always remain at least 1.5m from other people.
Reservations with a check in date between March 23, 2020 and 30 April, 2020
Guests with reservations (not applicable for bookings made with non-refundable rates) for stays between March 23, 2020 and 30 April 2020 that wish to cancel their reservation due to the government advice will be provided with a credit voucher for the full value of the booking to be used for a future stay. The credit voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of arrival*. Alternatively, we can also simply move your booking to a future date if you have dates in mind (e.g. transfer your Easter booking this year to Easter 2021).

Please note we are experiencing a high volume of calls and enquiries, so please allow up to 14 business days for a response as we work through requests in order of arrival date. Rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
Reservations with a check in date after 1 May 2020
Our standard terms and conditions will apply as usual to reservations with a check in date after 1 May 2020 unless the official travel advice is changed OR a guest is unable to travel due to being directly affected by COVID-19 (currently ill or under quarantine).
This will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis as further advice is received. Please check this page regularly for updates.
Bookings made using our non-refundable rates will have 12 months from date of issue to use.
On March 22, Prime Minister Scott Morrison recommended the cancellation of all non-essential domestic travel in an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Further, the State Government has announced the closure of non-essential businesses which include pubs, clubs, nightclubs, Crown Casino, and licensed venues in hotels and pubs. It also includes gyms, indoor sporting venues, places of worship, cinemas and entertainment venues. Whilst this closure does not affect holiday accommodation we understand that many guests will prefer to amend their upcoming holiday plans due to the government recommendation.
Should official government travel restrictions be put in place at any stage which ban travel to our region, ALL bookings for the period of the travel ban will be cancelled and a credit voucher issued automatically. In this instance, you do not need to contact us, we will automatically provide you with a credit voucher. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit voucher to be issued.

Our philosophy during the current situation is to try and do the best we can by our guests, our property owners and of course the region. Ours is a region that relies heavily on the Tourism Industry and will be one of the most affected regions in Victoria during this crisis. We appreciate the wonderful support of our guests that are happy to postpone their stay for a future date. This ensures that our region can bounce back when the crisis has passed, staff right across the region can be re-employed and we can all get back to doing what we do best – ensuring you have a well deserved and relaxing time away in the country!

*Credit Voucher Usage: Credit Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.You do not need to stay before the credit voucher expires, you only need to make a booking for any future date before the credit voucher expires. We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance effectively providing up to 2.5 years for you to utilise the credit voucher.
